Access Your Locker Anywhere - Anytime!



Every swing matters to aboutGOLF.  We have perfected the aG Locker to  allow you to track your personal data from any geographic location - at home, via your mobile device, or at an aboutGOLF facility.


Your aG Locker keeps a history of shot data, game rounds, lessons, swing videos and events on the cloud. Simply login your online member at any aboutGOLF Simulator to keep all your data in one place.  Then view your locker at the aG Data website at agdata.aboutgolf.com or via your mobile device using the aG Locker app.


Membership in the Cloud


An online member must be created in an aboutGOLF Simulator or on your mobile device to allow access to your personal locker.  Once your online member is created, you will be able to view your data from any computer or mobile device connected to the internet. 


All online members are authenticated with a password using the global aboutGOLF Data server.  These online members are known as aG Data members. An aG Data member that is logged in has the ability to upload data from any aboutGOLF Simulator to their personal locker.  Note: Guest members do not have the ability to upload data.  


What are the benefits of an online member?


  • Access to shot data, game rounds, lessons, swing videos and online events all in one place
  • Ability to view the progression of your game over time 
  • Upload your data from any aboutGOLF Simulator
  • Upload additional lessons, and swing videos directly at your locker on the aG Data website


How do I login my online member?


  • Enter your member name and password at the Member Login screen
  • Swipe your aG Club card at any aboutGOLF Simulator that offers this feature
  • Swipe your Sim Login code via your mobile device at any aboutGOLF Simulator that offers this feature


Note: If you are an aG Club card member, be sure your aboutGOLF facility assigns a password to your card.  This will allow you to login and access your personal locker at the aG Data website or via your mobile device.

Create an Online Member


Member Login Screen


  • At the Main Menu click Play or Practice.
  • At the Player List or Golfers screen click Add Player
  • Choose Create Member.
  • Enter a name for your new member and click OK.
  • If the member name you enter already exists on the cloud, you will be prompted to enter your password to login your aG Data member.
  • If the member name does not exist, choose to create a new aG Data member.
  • Enter your password and email and click OK to create your online member.
  • The world icon will display next to the member’s name in the Today’s Group list indicating your member is logged in.

aG Club Card


  • At any aboutGOLF Simulator screen, swipe your aG Club card to create your member.
  • You will be prompted to enter a member name.
  • Complete the password and confirm password fields.
  • Creating a password for your aG Club card member allows access to your data at your personal online locker.
  • Click OK.
  • The world icon will display next to your member’s name in the Today’s Group list indicating your member is logged in.

  • Download the aG Locker app to your mobile device via the App Store or Google Play. 
  • Install and start the aG Locker app.
  • The login screen will display.
  • Click on Sign Up under the Login button.
  • Complete the UsernameEmailPassword and Confirm Password fields.
  • Click Create Account to create your new member.

You can view your personal locker at the aG Data website or via your mobile device.

  • Open a browser and enter this URL: http://agdata.aboutgolf.com
  • Enter your online member’s username and password.
  • Click Login to view your locker.  
  • Note:  If your member uses an aG Club card to login but has no password, be sure to ask your aboutGOLF facility to assign a password to your member’s card.  This will allow you to login and view your online locker.

  • Start the aG Locker app on your mobile device.
  • Enter your online member’s username and password.
  • Click Login.

  • The following five areas are available at the aG Data website:  




Dashboard



The Dashboard is an overview page that displays announcements, recent rounds, lessons, and swing videos. 


  • Announcements
  • The announcements section is at the top left.  For Indoor Golf Centers, this section may contain images that are linked to your e-commerce site. 
  • Recent Rounds
  • This section, below the announcements, includes the most recent rounds uploaded to your locker.  Note: This area will be empty until you or your instructor have completed a round in the game.
  • Lessons
  • This section, to the right of the announcements, includes the most recent lists of lessons uploaded to your locker.  Note: The list of lessons will be empty until you or your instructor have uploaded some content.
  • To select and view a lesson, click the lesson you wish to play in the Lessons list.
  • The Lessons page will display with the lesson you have selected.
  • Swings
  • This section, to the right of the lessons,  contains the most recent list of swing videos uploaded to your locker.   Note: The list of swing videos will be empty until you or your instructor has uploaded some content.
  • To select and view a swing video, click the video you wish to play in the Swings list. 
  • The Swings page will display with the swing video you have selected.

Data



Select the Data tab to view shot data at your online locker.   The Range Club Bag will display all shot data that has been uploaded from the Practice Range.  To select a different bag to view shots for, click the arrow next to the current Club Bag, select the bag to display, and choose Apply.  You have the option to view shot data for:


  • Range - Displays all shots uploaded for a Practice session.
  • Fitting - Displays all shots uploaded during a Club Fitting session.



The default Data view displays both shot charts and table. Click the table icon to display only the table or click the chart icon to display only the shot charts.

Click the arrow next to the current Club Bag, select the bag to display, and choose Apply.   After selecting a Club Bag, you also have the option to filter your shots by either date or club type.






















To filter by Date


  • Click Club Bag to select the bag you wish to view shots for.
  • Select the Start Date by clicking on it and choosing the desired date on the calendar.
  • Select the End Date by clicking on it and choosing the desired date on the calendar.
  • Choose Apply to display shot data for the selected dates and club bag.


To filter by Club Type


  • Click Club Bag to select the bag you wish to view shots for.
  • Click Club Type to display the list of club types with shots for the club bag option selected.
  • Click to select the club type to filter by.
  • Choose Apply to display shot data for the selected club type and club bag.

Default View


After clicking the Data tab, the default view shot charts and table displays.  Both the top and side view charts along with the data table are shown. By default, all clubs and all shots from the most recent Range session are selected and included in the charts and table. To select a different bag to view shots for, click the arrow next to the current Club Bag, select the bag to display, and choose Apply.  



To include/exclude data for a club:


  • Click the > button to the left of the session date to select that session. 
  •  The most recent session will be selected by default.
  • Click to the left of the club name to check or un-check it.  
  • When the club is checked initially, all shots for the club will be checked/selected and included in the graphs and table.


To include/exclude individual shot data:


  • Click the > button to the left of the session date to select that session. 
  • Click to the left of the club name to check it.
  • Click the right arrow next to the club name to expand the list of shots for the club.
  • All checked shots will be displayed on the graphs and in the data table.
  • To hide a shot:
  • Click to the left of the shot in the list to un-check it and remove it from the graphs and table.
  • Click on a shot line in the top or side view graph and choose Hide Shot. The shot will no longer be displayed on the graphs and table.

Default View


To delete a shot:


  • Click to the left of the club name to check it.
  • Click the > button next to the club to expand the list of shots. 
  • Hover over the shot you wish to delete and click the trash can icon.
  • Click Delete Shot to delete the selected shot.
  • You also have the option to delete a shot by clicking on it in the graph.
  • Click on the shot you wish to delete on the top view or side view graph.
  • Choose Delete Shot to delete the selected shot.

Default View


Charts


  • The top and side view charts display shot data for all clubs/shots selected. 
  • To view the club type and total distance for shot, hover over the shot line on the graph.  A menu box at the top left of the graph will display.


Data Table


To the right of the graphs, the data table is displayed which includes data for each club selected. By default, data is displayed as an average for each club. You also have the option to view individual shot data for a club:


  • Click the > button next to the checked club.
  • This will expand the list of shot data for that club in the table.
  • To view only one or a selected number of shots for a club, click to the left of the shot to check or un-check it.
  • Only checked shots will display on the table.
  • The average values for the club will be updated based on the shots you have checked/selected.

Chart View


In chart view, only the top and side view charts are displayed on the screen.


  • The top view chart shows the total distance shot lines for the clubs/shots selected.
  • The side view chart shows the total distance trajectory shot lines for the clubs/shots selected.
  • To view the club type name and total distance, hover over the shot line on the graph.
  • A menu box at the top left of the chart will display.

Table View


In table view, only the data table is displayed on the screen. 


The default table view displays average data for all clubs/shots selected. You also have the option to view individual shot data for a club:


  • Click the > button next to the session you wish to view.
  • Check the club or clubs you wish to view data for.
  • Click the > button next to the checked club to expand the list of shot data.
  • To view only one or a selected number of shots for a club, click to the left of the shot to check or un-check it. Only checked shots will display on the table.
  • The average values for the club will be updated based on the shots you have checked/selected.


TIP: Hover over a shot in the list at the left of the screen to highlight data 

for that shot in the table.

Table View


The following shot values are displayed on the table:


  • Club (Shots) - The club type and number of shots selected for the club.
  • Smash Goal - The Smash Goal represents a target Smash Factor achieved by high performing golfers, including members of the PGA Tour.  We recommend using it for the purpose of measuring your efficiency for each club.
  • Smash Factor - Ratio of ball speed to club speed, impact efficiency measure. 
  • Ball - Ball speed at launch. 
  • Club - Speed of center of club face at impact. 
  • Total - Total shot distance including air, bounce and roll. 
  • Carry - Distance the ball travels in air. 
  • Back - Ball’s rotation rate at impact. 
  • Side - Ball’s horizontal spin rate at impact (‘r’ight or ‘l’eft). 
  • Vert - Initial vertical launch angle of ball relative to ground. 
  • Horiz - Ball’s initial horizontal launch angle (‘r’ight or ‘l’eft). 
  • Offline - Ball landing distance off-line relative to target line (‘r’ight or ‘l’eft).

Data


How Do I Upload Range Shots?


Shots that you take at the practice range will be uploaded to your locker when your online member is logged in and the Upload option = Yes or Auto (the default). Note: Set the Upload option to No if you do not want your range shots to display at your locker.


To view your shot data, choose the Data tab at your online locker and then select the Range club bag and click Apply


Upload Shots From the Range


  • At the Main Menu click Practice.
  • Choose Add Player.
  • Select your aG Data Member in the Members list by clicking the + sign next to the member name.
  • Enter the member password, if requested, to login your member.
  • The world icon indicates your member has been logged in.
  • Click OK.
  • From the Golfers screen, click Range.
  • Select a club from your bag and take a shot.
  • At the Post Shot menu, the Upload Shot option will be set to Auto by default.
  • Click Continue.  
  • Shot data will be uploaded to your locker.

How Do I Upload Shots From the Table View Post Shot? 


  • When Upload Shot is set to No, you have the option to upload previous shot taken to your locker from the table view post shot screen.
  • At the Post Shot menu, select the table view tab. 
  • Click the up arrow next to the shot you wish to upload.
  • Shot data will be uploaded to your locker.

How Do I Upload Club Fitting Shots?


Shots that you take during a Club Fitting session will be uploaded to your locker when your online member is logged in.  


To view your shot data at your online locker, choose the Data tab and then select the Fitting club bag and click Apply


Upload Shots From Club Fitting


  • At the Main Menu click Fitting.
  • Choose Create New Member to create a new aG Data member or choose Use Existing Member to login an existing aG Data member.  
  • When choosing to login an existing online member, click the + sign next to the member name and then enter the member password, if requested, to login your member.
  • Click OK at the player information screen.
  • At the Club Fitting screen, create one or more clubs or select an existing club from your bag.
  • Click Range.
  • Take your shot.
  • Shot data will be uploaded to your online locker and appear in the Fitting club bag.

Rounds



Select the Rounds tab to view Stroke play round information at your locker.  


  • After playing a Stroke round, data is displayed at the Rounds area at your online locker.
  • A round may consist of 1 to 18 holes.  
  • A round may include up to 8 players.  
  • All members must complete at least one hole of a round to see data displayed at the Rounds page.
  • For incomplete rounds, the last hole played with the number of strokes taken so far the hole will display on the Scorecard.

Rounds


After clicking the Rounds tab, a list of all Stroke play rounds is displayed at the left of the screen.  


  • All rounds for your member are listed at the left of the screen.
  • The total number of rounds is displayed at the top next to the Rounds title.
  • The most recent round is selected with the Scorecard information displayed.
  • To differentiate the results for each hole, choose the Color and/or Symbol options.
  • Click the Course Info button to see additional information about the course played including:
  • Course Description
  • Scorecard Information - Hole, Par and Handicap
  • Pin Locations
  • Rating/Slope/Drive Data
  • Hole Yardages 
  • To view the Round Statistics for the selected round, click the Round Statistics button above the Scorecard.
  • You have the option to sort your rounds by Date or by Group (Course). The default sort is by Date and will list all the rounds you have completed listing the most recent round first.
  • To sort by Group (Course), click the Group button at the top left.
  • To view the individual rounds for a Group (Course), click the arrow next to the course name.
  • Click to select the round you wish to view.
  • The Scorecard information for that round will display.


On the Dashboard in the Recent Rounds section, the last three Stroke play rounds will display. This section displays the following information:

  • Course Name, Date and Holes - The course selected, the date completed and the number of holes for the round.
  • Score - Total strokes taken for the round.
  • Putts - The number of putts taken for the round.
  • G.I.R. - Greens in Regulation: The number of times the ball is hit onto the green in at least two strokes below that hole’s Par.
  • Driving Average - The average distance of drives taken on Par 4 and Par 5 holes.

Rounds



Scorecard


The default view for the Rounds page displays the Scorecard for the most recent Stroke play round. The following information is displayed on the Scorecard:


  • Course Holes
  • Par Values
  • Players on the round listed in alphabetic order
  • Key - The following scores have a specific color key and symbol assigned to them on the scorecard:
  • Double Eagle - Dark Blue - Triple circle
  • Eagle - Medium Blue - Double circle
  • Birdie - Light Blue - Single circle
  • Par - Grey color - No symbol
  • Bogey - Gold - Single square
  • Double Bogey - Orange - Double square
  • +3 Bogey - Brown - Triple square
  • On the scorecard, you have the ability to turn on/off the color key and symbols options.
  • To turn on/off the color key option, click the Color Key button at the top right.
  • To turn on/off the symbols option, click the Symbols button at the top right.




Both the Color Key and Symbols options are ON

Round Statistics


  • Round Statistics display for the round selected at the left of the Rounds screen. 
  • By default the most recent Stroke play round is selected and the Scorecard view is displayed.
  • To view the statistics for the round, click the Round Statistics button.

Round Statistics


The following statistics are displayed for your round:  


  • Players - All the players who participated in the round will display along the top of the table.
  • Birdies - The number of holes finished at one under par. 
  • Eagles - The number of holes finished at two under par. 
  • Pars - The number of holes finished at par. 
  • Score - The total number of strokes taken. 
  • Score Relative to Par - The total difference between the Score and Par
  • Longest Drive - The distance of the longest drive in round. 
  • Driving Average - The average distance of drives taken on Par 4 and Par 5 holes.
  • Fairways Hit - The number of fairways hit from the tee shot, on Par 4 and Par 5 holes. 
  • Greens in Regulation (GIR) - The number of times the ball is hit onto the green in at least two strokes below that hole's Par. 
  • Putts - The number of putts taken in round. 
  • Putts per GIR - The number of putts taken on greens reached in regulation. 
  • Sand Saves - The number of sand saves made from greenside bunkers while still making Par for the hole. A sand save is a hit out of a greenside bunker into the hole, or out of the bunker onto the green, then one-putted into the hole. 
  • Scrambles - The number of scrambles in round. A scramble is when par or better is made without hitting the green in regulation for that hole. 
  • Mulligans - The number of mulligans taken. 
  • Removed Strokes - The number of strokes removed.

How Do I Upload Rounds?


  • At the Main Menu choose Play.
  • At the Player List screen choose Add Player to login your online member.
  • Select your aG Data Member in the Members list by clicking the + sign next to the member name.
  • Enter the member password, if requested, to login your member.
  • The world icon indicates your member has been logged in.
  • Select up to 8 members to play your round.  
  • After logging in your member, choose OK to return to the Player List screen.
  • At the Player List screen, select Stroke for the Scoring type.
  • Click Customize to setup Course and Scoring options or Tee Off to start your round.
  • In the round, complete all the holes for your round - or finish at least one hole of your round to see round data at the aG Data website.
  • Since your member is online and logged in, your Stroke play round will be uploaded to your locker.

Select the Compete tab to view events and tours you have participated in along with Leaderboard results. 


Events Tab


 

  • The Events tab is selected by default and lists all the events you have participated in. 
  • The most recent event you have participated in will be selected and displays the Leaderboard by default.
  • Select a different event in the list to view the Leaderboard results for that event.

Tours Tab


  • The Tours tab lists all the tours you have participated in with open events.
  • Select a tour in the list (left) to display all available events associated to that tour.
  • The following information is displayed for each event in the list:
  • Event Name
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Current Leader
  • Results
  • Select the event in the list or along the top of the Tours page to view the Leaderboard.

Leaderboard


To view the Leaderboard for an event:

  • From the Events tab, select the desired event from the list at the left.
  • From the Tours tab, select the desired event in the available event list or from the top of the Tour page. 


Leaderboard Display


  • The Leaderboard displays the top 10 participant’s results for the selected event.
  • To display the Leaderboard for a different event, highlight that event in the Events column to the left of the screen or select the event on the Tours page in the available event list.
  • The Leaderboard results are based on the type of event played. aG Data offers the following event types:
  • Closest to Pin
  • Long Drive
  • Tournament
  • For each event played, the status can be: 
  • In Progress/Started - You have started the event but not yet finished it.
  • Your event results will not display on the Leaderboard, however you will be able to view the top 10 results for the other participants.
  • Complete - You have finished the event.
  • Ended - The event is has ended.  No additional participants may enter the event.
  • Only events that you have participated in will be displayed in the Events column.
  • To view additional information for a closed event, click the Trophy icon at the top right of the aG Data screen.
  • For events you have completed, your event results are displayed at the top of the Leaderboard including:
  • Event Name
  • Your Member Name
  • Your Rank
  • Your Score
  • Overall event results for the top 10 event participants are also displayed including:
  • Rank
  • Member Name
  • Member Score
  • Prize (If Offered)
  • Event Course and Hole(s) Played 
  • If prizes are awarded for the event, they will display next to the participant’s name on the Leaderboard.

Trophy Room



To go to the Trophy Room, click the trophy icon next to your member name.  Information for closed events that you have completed will be displayed. 



























Or click the down arrow next to your member name and select Trophy Room to display your event results.

Trophy Room


The trophy room displays information for all closed events you have completed.  The following is displayed for your member:


  • Total Events Completed - The number of closed events that you have completed.
  • Wins - The number of events you have won.
  • Top 5 Finishes - The number of  top 5 placements you have received.
  • Top 10 Finishes - The number of top 10 placements you have received.
  • Event Cards - An event card/image will display for each closed event you have completed. 
  • Each card will display the following information:
  • Event Name
  • Event Rank 
  • Event ending date
  • Clicking the event card will display the final Leaderboard results for that event.




















If all the events you have participated in are still open, you can view your current Leaderboard standing by clicking on the See all your current events link from the Trophy Room. The Events tab will be displayed with the most recent event you have participated in selected.

How Do I Upload Online Events?



  • At the Main Menu choose Compete.
  • Choose Online. The Tour List screen will display.
  • At the Tour list screen, both private and public tours displays.
  • Private tours are associated to only your simulator.
  • Public tours are available to all simulators.
  • Select the tour you wish to play and click Next.
  • All events associated to the tour will display on the Event List screen.
  • At the Event List screen, click on an event to select it for play.
  • Choose Next to go to the leaderboard screen.
  • Click the Member Login button at the bottom of the leaderboard screen to select from one to eight players for the event. 
  • Players must be an online aG Data member to compete in events.
  • Click the + sign next to a player’s name to select them for play.
  • Or choose Create Member to create a new player or login an existing player on the cloud.
  • A world icon next to your member name indicates they are logged in.
  • Click OK to return to the leaderboard screen.
  • All players selected for play and logged in will display in green on the leaderboard under the Local Players section.    
  • If the player has already completed the event, the leaderboard will display Finished for that player.  No more shots may taken for the event.
  • To start the event, click Play Event.

How Do I Upload Online Events?



  • For a close to pin or long drive event, after completing your shot, your final score will display on the Post Shot menu.  
  • Choose Hit Again to improve your score if you still have shots left for the event.
  • Choose Return if you have finished the event, or to go back to the Leaderboard.
  • For a tournament event, the scorecard will display with your final score. 
  • Click OK at the Scorecard and OK at the Round Stats menu to return to the Leaderboard.
  • Your event results along with the other top 10 participant’s results will be displayed.
























  • You can keep track of your event standings at  your online locker.
  • Choose CompeteEvents to view all the events you have participated in.
  • Once the event has Ended, view your final results and standings at the Trophy Room.

Academy



Choose the Academy tab to view lessons or swing videos you have saved to your locker.  You can choose from the following:  



  • Lessons
  • Swings

Lessons


Select Lessons from the Academy menu to view the set of lessons at your locker.   All lessons uploaded will be displayed to the left of the screen in the Lessons list.  For each lesson uploaded, the thumbnail, lesson name, and date recorded display.  At the top of the list, the total number of lessons uploaded is also displayed. The most recent uploaded lesson will be displayed in the main viewing window.   


Make sure the volume is turned up when playing the lesson; you will hear the audio voice-over from your instructor.


The lessons included at the Lessons page can be from a variety of sources.   Typically, lessons will be recorded by your instructor in the aboutGOLF simulator. However, they can be content from other sources deemed helpful by your instructor.


You also have the option to share your lesson with others via Google+, Facebook or Twitter.

Academy



Lessons


  • To play a lesson:
  • Choose a lesson at the left in the Lessons list by clicking on it.
  • The lesson selected will display in the main viewing window.
  • Choose the play button to view the lesson.
  • If audio is associated to the lesson, click the Speaker icon to adjust the volume.
  • To view the lesson in full screen, click the full screen icon at the bottom right.
  • To delete a lesson:
  • Hover over the lesson you wish to delete in the Lessons list until you see the Trashcon icon.
  • Click on the Trashcan icon next to the lesson name.
  • Choose Delete Lesson.
  • The lesson will be removed from the Lessons list.
  • To add Notes to a lesson:
  • Click to select a lesson.
  • The lesson selected will display in the main viewing window.
  • Click the Note icon at the top right of the screen.
  • Add a title and text for your lesson and choose Save Note.
  • The note added will be displayed next to the main viewing window.
  • Repeat the above steps to add another note to the selected lesson.





Click the Notes button to add notes

How Do I Upload Lessons?


There are two ways to upload lessons to your online locker:


  • From the aboutGOLF Simulator
  • Directly from the Lessons page at your online locker



Upload from aboutGOLF Simulator


The Lessons option allows you to record your Range sessions for future review. Important Note: The aG Flix product must be licensed for your Simulator to upload lessons to your locker. 


  • At the Main Menu click Practice.
  • From the Golfers screen, click Range.
  • Click Lessons - start lesson (F9) or hit F9 to start recording a lesson. 
  • After you have finished your lesson, click Lessons – end lesson (F9) , or Hit F9 to stop recording your lesson. 
  • Enter a lesson name then click OK to save your lesson.
  • To upload you lesson, click the Lessons on the range toolbar and choose Lessons Manager.
  • All your saved lessons will be listed.
  • Check the lesson or lessons you wish to upload and click the upload to aG Data button.
  • Your lesson will be uploaded to your locker.

How Do I Upload Lessons at My Locker?


Manually upload a lesson by selecting the upload button as shown below.
























Steps to upload a lesson at your locker:


  • Choose the Academy tab.
  • Select Lessons.
  • Click the Cloud icon at the top left of the Lessons screen.
  • Click Choose Video.
  • Navigate to the location of your lesson to upload.
  • Enter a lesson name.
  • Accept the current date or click the Calendar icon to select a different date.
  • Click Upload.
  • The lesson uploaded will be listed in the Lessons list and also be selected for play.

Swings


Select  Swings from the Academy menu to view the set of swing videos at your locker.   All swing videos uploaded will be displayed to the left of the screen in the Swings list. 


For each set of swing videos uploaded, the thumbnail, club used, and date recorded will display in the list.  At the top of the list, the total number of swing videos uploaded is also displayed. The most recent uploaded swing video will be displayed in the main viewing window.   If your swing video was captured with more than one camera, the thumbnails of those videos will be displayed under the main viewing window. 


Make sure the volume is turned up when playing the swing video; you will hear the audio voice-over from your instructor.


The swing videos included at the Swings page can be from a variety of sources.   Typically, swing videos will be captured in the aboutGOLF simulator. However, they can be content from other sources deemed helpful by your instructor.


You also have the option to share your swing video with others via Google+, Facebook or Twitter.

Swings

  • To play a swing video:
  • Choose a swing video at the left in the Swings list by clicking on it.
  • The swing video selected will display in the main viewing window.
  • Choose the play button to view the swing video.
  • If audio is associated to the video, click the Speaker icon to adjust the volume.
  • To view the swing video in full screen, click the full screen icon at the bottom right.
  • If there is more than one camera associated to the video, click on any of the thumbnails displayed below the main viewing window to play additional videos.
  • To delete a swing video:
  • Hover over  the swing video you wish to delete until you see the Trashcan icon.
  • Click on the Trashcan icon next to the club type name.
  • Choose Delete Video.
  • The swing video will be removed from the Swings list.
  • To add Notes to a swing video:
  • Click to select a swing video.
  • The swing video selected will display in the main viewing window.
  • Click the Note icon at the top right of the screen.
  • Add a title and text for your lesson and choose Save Note.
  • The note added will be displayed next to the main viewing window.
  • Repeat the above steps to add another note to the selected swing video.

How Do I Upload Swing Videos?


There are two ways to upload swing videos to your online locker:


  • From the aboutGOLF Simulator
  • Directly from the Swings page at your online locker


Upload from aboutGOLF Simulator


You have the option to upload one or more swing videos from your Simulator after taking a shot at the Range. Note: You must have at least one camera attached to your Simulator to capture and save swing videos.


  • At the Main Menu click Practice.
  • Choose Add Player.
  • Select your aG Data Member in the list by clicking the + sign next to the member name.
  • Enter the member password, if requested, to log in your member. Click OK.
  • From the Golfers screen, click Range.
  • Select a club from the club list and take your shot.
  • After taking your shot, select Save Shot to My Swings from the aG Flix Toolbar menu.
  • Note:  The Flix Enabled option must be set to Yes.
  • The number of swing videos saved will depend on the number of cameras you have attached and enabled.  Note:  Enable / Disable cameras at the Cameras Setup screen.
  • At the Post Shot menu, be sure the Upload Shot option is set to Yes or Auto (the default).
  • Choose Continue.  
  • Your swing videos will be uploaded to your locker.



Upload From Table View Post Shot 


  • When Upload Shot is set to No, you have the option to upload previously saved swing videos, but not the current saved swing video, to your locker.
  • Click the arrow next to the shot number associated to the swing video you wish to upload.
  • The previously saved swing videos associated to the shot selected will be sent to your locker. 
  • Note:  After taking your shot, you must have selected the Save Shot to My Swings option at the aG Flix toolbar menu in order for your swing video to be available and uploaded.

How Do I Upload Swing Videos at My Locker?

Account Settings


To view or update your current account settings, click the down arrow next to your member name and choose Account Settings.



Edit Your Account



  • To edit your account information, click the Edit button.
  • Update the information you wish to change.
  • Enter your Current Password for your member and click Save.
  • Your updated information will be saved to your account.



The following settings for your member can be updated:


  • Full Name - Your full name
  • User Name - Your aG Data / Online member name
  • Email - Your email address
  • Address - Your home address
  • Phone - Your phone number
  • Update Password - To update your password:
  • At the Account Settings page, check the Update Password box.
  • Enter your current password in the Current Password box.
  • Enter your new password in the New password box.
  • Enter the same password in the Confirm password box.
  • Click Save - your password will be updated.

aboutGOLF Simulator Login


To login your member and track your data, scan the QR code generated on your mobile device at any aboutGOLF simulator.


  • Start the aG Locker app on your mobile device.
  • Login an existing member or create a new member then click Sim Login.
  • At the Sim Login screen, swipe your member’s QR Code at an aboutGOLF Simulator screen.
  • Your member will be logged into the simulator.
  • All data from your aboutGOLF session will be uploaded to your online locker.

 Navigation Bar



After logging into your locker via your mobile device, use the navigation bar at the bottom of the  screen to jump to your data.


  • Member -  The default screen. You can edit your profile, or choose Sim Login to login your member at an aboutGOLF facility.
  • Data - Shot data generated at the Range, 360 Range, or Club Fitting.
  • Rounds - Stroke play rounds.  Both complete and incomple round information is displayed.
  • Academy - Lessons and Swing Videos.  aG Flix must be installed at your aboutGOLF facility.
  • Compete  - Online events you have competed in with your leaderboard standing.

Member Screen


After logging in your member, the Member screen is displayed. From  the Member screen choose Sim Login to login in your member at an aboutGOLF Simulator or choose Edit Profile to edit your member’s information.. 


You can also view the total LessonsVideos and Rounds uploaded for your member at the Member screen.

Data


To access aG Mobile shot data, click the clock icon on the navigation bar.  You have the option to view shot data by clubs or by dates.  


You can also share your shot data by clicking the up arrow icon at the top right.

Rounds


Choose the flag on green icon on the navigation bar to view all the stroke play rounds you have participated in.  Both complete and incomplete round information is displayed.


Select the round you wish to view.  The round stats  will display on the screen.   To view the scorecard for the round, choose View Card at the round statistics screen.
